Refund policy

For all EU customers, there is a withdrawal contract link at the bottom of my shop pages. This will direct you on how to withdraw from your purchase. 

Returns and refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis, please email us with any issues you may have with our order. 

HagCraft Farm does NOT accept returns based on sizing unless the item is grossly misrepresented. Please check sizing guides for info or feel free to DM on the socials if you have any questions regarding fit, I am always happy to help!

HagCraft Farm will happily repair any issues you may have with a garment, old or new, for free. Simply contact us via email and we will work it out.
